PAYMENT & CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT Charleston Book N Bounce LLC (the "Company"), operating as BookNBounce — Charleston, South Carolina Effective July 9, 2026 (version payment-v2) 1. CARD ON FILE. I authorize the Company to securely retain my payment card on file with its payment processor (Stripe). My card details are stored and handled solely by the processor; the Company never stores my card number. 2. AUTHORIZED CHARGES. I authorize the Company to charge my card on file, without further authorization, for amounts I owe under the Rental Agreement, limited to: (a) the cost to repair or replace Equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen while in my care, not to exceed the Equipment's replacement cost; (b) excess cleaning fees if Equipment is returned in a condition requiring more than standard cleaning; and (c) late fees if the Equipment or the site is not made available at the scheduled pickup time. 3. RECEIPTS. The Company will provide an itemized receipt for every charge under this authorization, sent to the email address on my order. 4. DISPUTED CHARGES. If I believe a charge is incorrect, I will contact the Company within 30 days of the charge. The Company will review the charge and reverse any amount charged in error. 5. REVOCATION. I may revoke this authorization by written notice to the Company. Revocation does not relieve me of amounts I already owe, and the Company may pursue any lawful means to collect them. 6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this authorization that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Charleston County, South Carolina, or by videoconference if both parties agree. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action or other representative proceeding. 7. GENERAL. This authorization is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
